XXSMALL (yellow ring) =65 to 95 lbs
XSMALL (orange ring) =95 to 130 lbs
SMALL (blue ring) =130 to 155 lbs
MEDIUM (red ring) =155 to 190 lbs
LARGE (grey ring) =190 to 215 lbs
XLARGE (burgundy ring) =215lbs +

A tighter fit is better so if you are on the cusp of two weight classes try a smaller size.
GRIPP TāP™’s break-in period is 1 training day. They should feel extremely tight upon 1’st wearing, and after 1’st training, they will adapt to a more perfect fit.
GRIPP TāP™ is meant to be worn only during training. If you are not active while wearing GRIPP TāP™, it will restrict circulation to your fingertips.
